Default exports omit private fields and all photos. Titles and coin details remain visible; check them before sharing. CSV is an inventory, not a photo backup.
Import and backup
Imports add records only. Existing IDs are skipped, never replaced. Full backups include all private fields and local photos. Browser storage can be cleared or evicted; keep a backup outside this browser.
Review import
Keep the story with the coins
Give each box a label before separating its contents. Keep envelopes, receipts and handwritten notes with their original lot. Leave uncertain identifications and values blank until reviewed.
Do not clean, polish or rub coins. Handle them by their edges and preserve original packaging. An inventory is not a certified appraisal, legal record or insurance guarantee.
