Club and Teacher Toolkit
A small coin workshop, ready for the table.
Original beginner activities with real coin photography, space to record observations, and a facilitator key. Free to print and distribute for club and classroom use. No account, purchase, or backlink required.
A 25-minute workshop
- 5 minutes: choose a collecting goal and practice handling by the edges.
- 10 minutes: observe the historical cent photograph and compare visible evidence with assumptions.
- 10 minutes: calculate the two sample search rates, then discuss why the zero-find search belongs.
For a real hunt, count the actual coins and use the same three notebook categories throughout. Keep seeded classroom demonstrations out of the hunt notebook. No participant names or exact locations belong on the sheets.
